Surface Finishing

The exposed surface area of aluminium extrusion is inherently protected by a naturally occurring, transparent layer of aluminium oxide. This barrier layer forms immediately the newly extruded aluminium is exposed to oxygen and is referred to as 'mill' finish. In many instances, this finish may not be suitable for the product's final application.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is an electrostatic process where fine paint particles are sprayed onto the surface of pre-treated aluminium. In a similar way that iron filings attract to a magnet, the coloured powder adheres to the aluminium coating surface due to the electrostatic effect. Once the powder is applied, the aluminium is then baked in an oven to achieve a highly durable, painted finish.

Anodising

Anodising is electrochemical ‘conversion’ process that enhances the metallic lustre of aluminium and thickens the surface layer of aluminium oxide. This controlled oxidisation forms a much harder, more corrosion resistant surface finish..

● Provides superior protection against corrosion in coastal and high-salinity environments.

● Displays a refined shift in appearance under varying light conditions and angles.

● Offers an inherent finish with excellent color retention and surface durability, resisting UV damage, abrasion, and heat.

● Does not release gases or cause staining on glass when used in high-temperature or shadow box settings.

● Ensures optimal surface coverage.

● Eliminates the risk of adhesion failure

Our aluminum railing system includes extruded aluminum rails, posts, columns, caps, and handrails.

Combining safety and aesthetics, it is suitable for residential and commercial projects such as indoor staircases and outdoor pools. With precise metalworking techniques, we provide sturdy, durable, and flexible railing solutions that meet various design and functional needs.

Railing

Aluminum extrusions for awning system are created by heating the metal and pressing it into molds, making them an excellent choice for framing and building structures. The extrusion process allows for the production of complex shapes and cross-sectional profiles that are difficult to achieve with other manufacturing techniques.

Aluminum can also be extruded into awning tubes, serving as the main structural support, as well as square tubes with various corner styles for added structural strength. Our team is capable of crafting pipes in different styles and shapes to meet current aesthetic preferences.

Awning

Our louver system is used in both facade and pergola systems. Aluminum louvers and louver profiles are lightweight and easy to handle, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. The profiles can be easily cut, drilled, and assembled, allowing for a quick and efficient installation process.

One of the main benefits of using aluminum in louvers and louver profiles is its corrosion resistance. Aluminum naturally resists corrosion, making it an ideal material for outdoor applications that are frequently exposed to the elements. Additionally, aluminum profiles can be treated with various coatings or finishes, such as anodizing or powder coating, which further enhance their corrosion and wear resistance.
