▶ Design Concept

The overall design follows a minimalist architectural language, composed of clean geometric volumes. The pure white façade contrasts sharply with dark trims and the garage door, emphasizing a modern and structured aesthetic. Offset volumes and cantilevered elements create spatial depth while maintaining a light visual presence. The extensive use of blank surfaces allows natural light and shadow to become part of the design, adding dynamic visual interest throughout the day.

The living and dining area is equipped with a lift-and-slide door system, offering enhanced performance alongside large opening spans. Compared to standard sliding doors, the lifting mechanism significantly improves water tightness and air tightness, effectively preventing wind-driven rain and air infiltration—ideal for high-end residential applications.

The system is paired with the HS006 mechanical handle, featuring a 180° rotation mechanism. The handle controls the “lift–slide–lock” sequence, ensuring smooth operation with clear tactile feedback, while enhancing compression sealing for improved overall performance.

The staircase features a frameless floating design, combining concealed structure with a visually lightweight expression. Each tread appears to float from the wall without visible supports, enhancing spatial openness and creating a striking architectural focal point.

From a technical perspective, the treads are supported by a concealed steel stringer embedded into the structural wall, anchored with high-strength fixings to ensure load transfer, stability, and durability. Finishes such as solid wood, stone, or composite materials can be applied to balance structural integrity with refined aesthetics.

The living room features a panoramic sliding door system, defined by an ultra-slim interlock profile and expansive glazing. The minimal frame reduces visual obstruction, allowing outdoor views to seamlessly integrate with the interior. The sliding mechanism enables large openings without occupying indoor space, making it ideal for modern minimalist living environments.

The bedroom is fitted with awning windows, offering effective ventilation while maintaining privacy. The outward-opening design allows airflow even during rainy conditions, balancing practicality with comfort—ideal for modern residential spaces.

In terms of performance, the system has undergone rigorous testing, achieving excellent structural stability and safety. Wind pressure resistance can reach high ratings (e.g., ≥3000Pa, depending on configuration), making it suitable for strong wind conditions. Combined with multi-point locking and multi-seal design, it significantly enhances airtightness and watertightness, ensuring a quiet and energy-efficient indoor environment.
