Office Building

This is a three-story office building project in New Zealand, featuring the innovative use of GBA' high-density perforated panel facade system. It meets thermal insulation requirements without compromising light and airflow. The design also addresses feasibility and fire safety concerns. The building's facade renovation, the use of energy-efficient lighting, the installation of a 30kW photovoltaic rooftop, and the implementation of passive bioclimatic measures have all contributed to minimizing the building's overall energy consumption.

◀ Outdoor Facade

As an old building renovation, the original facade was outdated and imperfect. Adding a layer of aluminum panels over the existing surface maximized cost savings. This not only enhanced the building's modern appearance but also improved thermal insulation and weather resistance. This approach effectively upgraded both the design and functionality without the high cost of a complete rebuild.

▲ Interior

The architect divided the building into three distinct zones based on function: the technical area, the administrative area, and the management area. At the center of the building is an atrium space. Above the atrium, panels and motorized aluminum slats are used to control sunlight exposure.

We have worked closely with the architect to finalize the materials and process solutions. At the same time, we began developing new perforated molds that meet the project requirements, collecting accurate data to prevent potential issues during installation. A comprehensive solution ensures the smooth implementation of the project, minimizing potential risks while achieving the best results.

During the day, the building presents an elegant and towering image, with the overall structure appearing seamless. At night, the lighting reveals the interior and the true character of the building.
