▶ Design Concept

The facade adopts a horizontal ribbon composition combined with panoramic glazing. Large glass panels contrast with light-colored aluminum cladding, emphasizing horizontal extension. Continuous overhangs act as both architectural features and passive shading devices, reducing solar heat gain.

Precise module control and restrained vertical mullions create a clean, refined appearance. Transparent corner treatments enhance spatial continuity and openness.

The facade system combines curtain wall glazing with tilt-and-turn windows. While representing a higher investment, it delivers superior performance, ventilation, and architectural expression. The system ensures excellent air and water tightness, while the tilt-and-turn function enables safe and controlled natural ventilation—meeting the demands of premium office buildings.

The office area continues the project’s minimalist and rational design language, utilizing large-scale curtain wall glazing to maximize natural daylight and create a bright, open working environment. The clear facade rhythm and expansive views enhance spatial order and visual continuity, elevating the overall workspace experience.

The office interiors primarily utilize single-glazed glass partition systems, featuring slim-profile frames that emphasize transparency and spatial continuity. Large tempered glass panels maintain an open visual connection while effectively defining functional zones, creating a flexible and efficient workspace.

The system is designed with modular components and custom tracks/connectors, ensuring high installation accuracy and structural stability. Clean lines and minimal detailing align with contemporary office aesthetics while also improving installation efficiency and ease of maintenance.

The rear facade serves residential apartments, with a strong focus on privacy and security. A movable louver screen system introduces layered depth and dynamic expression, while maintaining ventilation and natural light and enhancing privacy. Precision-engineered rollers and custom tracks ensure smooth, stable operation with long-term durability.
