▶ Design Concept
This detail adopts a concealed metal bracket system fixed within the aluminium profile cavity. The bracket is anchored to the structural substrate, while the façade panel is mechanically locked into the profile, ensuring a clean appearance with no visible fasteners. Integrated channels allow for precise alignment and thermal movement tolerance.

The commercial door system is engineered with security as a core priority, integrating glazing, structural reinforcement, and locking mechanisms into a multi-layer protection strategy.
High-strength laminated tempered glass is applied to enhance impact resistance and delay forced entry while maintaining visual transparency. The frame system is structurally reinforced to ensure stability and deformation resistance. A multi-point locking system improves sealing strength and anti-pry performance, supported by durable hardware to ensure consistent and secure operation in high-traffic environments.




In this commercial mall project, the outward opening window system is applied to retail façades and selected operable curtain wall areas. It supports natural ventilation while maintaining a clean, minimalist architectural language. Integrated with metal cladding and perforated aluminum panels, the operable units are visually minimized to ensure a continuous and refined façade appearance.
The system features a 70mm flush slim frame design, achieving a seamless alignment with the façade. A multi-chamber and pressure-equalized drainage system ensures efficient water management under heavy rain and high wind conditions, providing reliable long-term water tightness performance for commercial environments.
With thermally broken aluminum profiles and high-performance glazing, the system achieves a U-value of approximately 1.6–2.2 W/m²·K depending on configuration, significantly improving energy efficiency and indoor comfort while meeting modern commercial building standards.
The facade features a custom metalwork system composed of curved perforated aluminium panels, creating a layered and rhythmic building envelope through smooth surface transitions and precisely arranged perforation patterns. The introduction of curved elements breaks away from conventional flat facades, allowing dynamic light and shadow variations across different viewing angles. The perforated design not only enhances visual texture but also balances shading, ventilation, and privacy, adding functional value to the facade.

This system uses an external steel bracket anchored to the structural wall, with aluminium profiles mechanically fixed by bolts. A layer of rock wool insulation is installed between the façade system and the substrate, providing thermal insulation and fire resistance. The bracket penetrates the insulation layer with proper fixing and sealing, ensuring structural strength while maintaining energy performance and compliance with façade fire safety requirements.
