Project detail

▲Design Concept

The facade design is sleek and modern, embodying the beauty of craftsmanship while rejecting unnecessary ornamentation. Curved glass and versatile aluminum create a dynamic arc, with champagne gold and silver-gray panels defining bold lines. The zigzag windows, crafted from glass and aluminum, add industrial precision, enhancing the building’s sense of quality, sophistication, and prestige.

◀ Entrance Gate

The main entrance serves as a microcosm of community life, symbolizing both quality and the sense of homecoming. The gate features deep gray and light gray stone as the primary facade materials, highlighting its high-end quality.

The building’s beauty is reflected in the details, with perforated panels at the top, champagne gold aluminum, and mirrored stainless steel, creating a bright, transparent effect that brings dynamic beauty to the refined entrance.

Metalwork

The facade features a seamless system that wraps around the building, incorporating "C"-shaped elements to highlight its flowing curves and create a sleek, dynamic tension. The surface treatment uses a carefully selected color palette, with metallic finishes that enhance light reflection and depth.

Ceiling

The application of perforated panels, champagne gold aluminum panels, and mirrored stainless steel at the top of the entrance gate showcases the architectural elegance and modernity. The combination of these materials adds depth to the facade, creating dynamic visual effects through light reflection and refraction.

Curtain Wall

The finish color and structure of the sloped glass curtain wall on the second floor were the result of extensive discussions and adjustments. After carefully refining the design, we achieved an outcome that not only perfectly aligns with the original style but also ensures ease of installation. The thoughtful coordination of color and structure enhances the building's overall aesthetic, maintaining the architectural harmony while providing a practical, functional solution for construction. This collaborative effort showcases our commitment to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that meet both design and technical requirements.
