Australia Upper House Residential Tower

Located in Brisbane’s Southbank, this 30-storey residential tower features 188 two- and three-bedroom apartments. It includes a ground-floor lobby with retail, plus a double-storey rooftop club with a pool, wellness centre, lounge bar, and premium amenities. GBA is proud to provide high-standard doors, windows, railings, and other products for this landmark building.

The 380㎡ house with a garden has undertaken the project of aluminum products including doors, windows, pool railings, and louvre grilles. Due to its unique roof structure, there are very high requirements for glass, and GBA has excellently completed this project within three months.

This townhouse project, located in a U.S. residential area, combines minimalist design, natural materials, and high-performance building technology to create a comfortable and visually striking living space. The Yuanchi Residential project in Chengdu features modern design elements that break away from traditional boxy shapes, horizontal and vertical lines. Using prefabricated components, the building shape is defined with 3D curved lines in both vertical and horizontal dimensions.
